Stop Students from leaving your Art Studio!
As an Art Studio Owner, you probably have gone through the pain of losing students who you have taught for years. One day they decide to either stop taking your classes or go to another Art Studio.
But why did they leave? They might tell you: “We can’t afford it anymore”; “We are focusing on sports going forward”. But is that really the reason?
So how do you keep them? Don't let them forget you and
CALL THEM EVERY 3 MONTHS!
It should be a simple call to ask how things are going, solicit a little feedback or just let them know you appreciate their business!
Call in: January, April, July and October. Call everyone who is taking a class every 3 months.
Will it take a long time to call everyone? Yes. But it is a proven sales strategy that works every single time because your students and parents want to be engaged, feel part of your community and have a sense of belonging. E-mail will not have the same result, it must be a personal phone call by you or your staff.
