How to Stop Students from leaving!
As an Art Studio Owner, you probably have students who attended for years and then suddenly stopped coming. They decide to either stop taking your classes or go to another Art Studio.
When asked they will say things like: “We can’t afford it anymore”; “We are focusing on sports now”. Many times, those are not real reasons and you have an easy way to make them stay.
CALL THEM EVERY 3 MONTHS!
You or your staff can just give a quick call to ask how things are going, ask for a little feedback or just let them know you appreciate their business!
Carve out a few hours the first week of January, April, July, October to touch base with your students or parents: call everyone who is taking a class.
Yes, it will take a while call everyone, but it is a proven sales strategy that works every single time regardless of who your client is. Why? People want to be engaged and belong to a community that cares about them. E-mail will not have the same result, it must be a personal phone call by you or your staff.
